Director of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Licensed Clinical Psychologist and co-author of Kosher-ADHD: Surviving and Thriving in the Torah-Observant World. I work with children and adults to manage ADHD with the unique challenges that come from living a Torah Observant lifestyle.
My “ADHD” superpowers have fueled my achievements, including earning a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and founding the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Jewish Women at Achieve Behavioral Health. Previously, I directed Achieve’s teen summer program and group therapy services.
I’m dedicated to developing ADHD-focused curricula and researching clinical outcomes for parenting groups and integration efforts within the Jewish community. Through the Kosher-ADHD initiative, I help parents, educators, and mental health professionals support individuals with ADHD, aiming to create a more inclusive community where everyone can thrive.
